The regimental flag is based on some suggestions by Monsieur Louis of http://mcristobylacew-abdul666.blogspot.com/
The concept was beautifully implemented by Herr Linienblatt. The regimental flag features the icon of Cavenderia, Saint Sebastian in the upper left quadrant, Cavenderia blue cross and features the regimental name in the center with regimental colors for the quadrents, metal color for the border and hat lace color for the regimental name. Please enjoy the first few regiments.
Additional embelishments such as crowns, heraldic shields, battle honors etc. may be added in the future. IR-9 Owens is in the works and Herr Linienblatt has completed the Leib battalion flag as well, it is beautiful and I will be publishing it in a future post.

A beautiful series: compliments (and thanks to David).
Cheers,
Jean-Louis
Thanks to you as well, your comments on how heraldic patterns work with the metal colors etc. was a great help. Do you have a fictional personae that could be credited?
I like them a lot. It is a very simple system . . . clean and yet the different regiments become quite colorful.
Very good work.
